Experience of managing the supply chain and warehousing for large consumer, entertainment and technology brands. • Planning and management of end-to-end supply chain from manufacture to retail • Proven experience of FMCG distribution operations via DTC or retail/ warehouse via VMI, bulk or consignment shipment models • Inventory and stock controller responsibility with ERP and SAP experience • Warehousing, logistics and 3PL/Supplier Management • A long track record of success in complex project management, business development and driving future efficiencies / transition • Senior line manager with European, EMEA and internal communications experience • Focussed on profitable SLA & KPI drivers with the ability to be adaptable and flexible to ensure delivery • Built and maintained effective relationships both up and down organisations as well across a wide range of external stakeholders • Multi-department and site management and budget/PNL ownership • Experienced in retail management, buying, B2B sales & DTC sales, logistics, manufacturing & operations, warehousing, VMI & demand planning
