From 1997, my role began as the sole brand Founder, CEO and Primary Designer. I created the brand narrative, identity, designed and developed the product lines from a place of strong personal interests and deep passion for the lifestyle it promoted. In late 2010, I switched gears to focus solely on the creative aspects of the brand.

Wilderness Smart, Urban Ready, Misson CapableFounded company, created the manufacturing processes and networks, designed and developed the wide breadth of products to brand narratives. During this tenure as CEO, the company was recognized worldwide and the first choice for many Special Operations Members, Wildlife Conservation/Field Professionals, Core-Outdoor Pursuits, Expeditions, Overlanding, Backcountry Recreation and the Discriminating Individual.

Rocket World is a lifestyle brand with its best known property the Insurgents Wilderness Gruppo character line, which helped promote wildlife conservation and environmental issues. As an artist and designer centric group the brand created lifestyle apparel, art and collectibles for popular and indie culture. Rocket World featured an art gallery in San Francisco and an associated retail department from 2005 to 2010 . A portion of all proceeds from Rocket World revenue were donated to various wildlife conservation organizations.

Zoo Conservation Outreach Group (ZCOG) is a non-profit coalition of North American zoological facilities dedicated to assisting Latin American zoos and aquariums in their regional wildlife and habitat conservation efforts. The group’s main focus areas are building conservation leadership capacity in Latin American zoological institutions and promoting the development of collaborative zoo and aquarium –based wildlife and habitat conservation programs throughout the Americas. The former is achieved by providing access to information and training opportunities through a well-coordinated International Training Scholarship Program, while the latter is accomplished by pooling technical, material, and financial support from North American zoological institutions and delivering these resources to our counterparts in Latin America and the Caribbean Basin.
