I would like to state that I assumed responsibilities similar to Texas Advisor, while also becoming the primary contact for teaching candidates, District, and State personnel. One of my key assignments was collaborating with leadership on research to develop SC Department of Education legislative guidelines (exclusive to SC ToT). Along with many other functions, I assumed director responsibilities and frequently travel to South Carolina for multiple job fairs/hiring events per year. As enrollment specialist, I provided personalized pathways into the classroom by performing duties as Fulfillment Analyst, Certification & Compliance, and Business Development.Key accomplishments are as follows:• Recruited new teaching candidates and established strong relationships with SCDE and district personnel.• Cultivated working relationships with numerous districts and created partnerships to boost teacher recruitment and retention• Enhanced program admission/conversion rates and new teacher hires by facilitating more comprehensive subject area approval pathways for onboarding candidates.• Consistently exceeded annual benchmarks with consistent YoY growth- resulting in the highest number of issued certificates among all ACP programs statewide during the pandemic (2019-20 & 2020-21 school years).
