As the first Sales Representative at Cameo, I led exponential growth across entertainment, music, and sports verticals by personally onboarding over 1,000 Talent in my first year. I then took on a leadership role, heading a high-performing team of outbound sales reps, implementing effective training programs, and metrics-driven management to consistently exceed celebrity talent onboarding and revenue quotas. I also helped established sales processes and employ strategic outreach tactics to substantially increase revenue and the number of celebrity talent we were acquiring.I also developed a Sales Development Representative program, resulting in increased lead generation, administrative support, and inbound lead onboarding. As the Head of Creator Partnerships at Collab, I recruited and onboarded a wide range of digital creators across YouTube, Instagram, and Vine, regularly exceeding monthly target numbers. During my tenure, I helped creators generate millions in revenue through YouTube's AdSense program and brand deals. I also helped increase creator revenue by identifying and implementing third-party revenue streams via touring, merch, book deals, and selling television shows/pilots.As a manager, I developed and supported a diverse roster of digital content creators across multiple social media platforms, while implementing industry best practices to foster growth and maximize their potential.
