Mongolia

- Hired and trained 2 foreign and 3 local staff members who delivered highly-rated programs for 28 students in 2013- Delivered a high-quality Group Program to 35 students and 3 teachers in October 2012 – greater than Mongolia’s total summer enrollment – resulting in a repeat October 2013 trip and 4 additional sales leads from the same school- Maintained target operating margins despite the twin challenge of reduced enrollment spread out over increased program sessions, in first year in the position- Reduced risk profile and improved safety procedures, resulting in lower number of accidents and near-accidents

- Strengthened and leveraged relationships with our partner development teams at DotWell and Codman Square Health Center, and provided support to development activity at Dorchester House in the form of donor stewardship and communication-Implemented joint development database with partner organizations to streamline overlapping development processes-Coordinated with Event Committee and developed marketing content for new annual signature event, the Masquer-Aid Ball- Effectively communicated the strength and depth of our services to customers, the community at large, individual and institutional contributors, the public sector, and staff

-Managed recruitment, application, and selection processes of New Sector's two AmeriCorps programs in Boston and San Francisco, resulting in ~400 application for 80 open positions-Recruited and coordinated ~30 New Sector alumni to interview and evaluate prospective participants for both programs; implemented processes to ensure consistency and alignment-Facilitated kick-off and selection meetings with alumni volunteers -- received praise for preparation and efficiency

- Coordinated and implemented marketing capacity-building efforts for Dorchester House Multi-Service Center (DHMSC), a $25 million/year community health center that serves over 20,000 patients- Supported DHMSC’s development activity by collaborating with marketing and development teams from partnering organizations to set strategic direction, identify funding opportunities, and coordinate responsibilities- Received ongoing training and mentorship in nonprofit management through New Sector Alliance curriculum.
