I hold a Master of Science degree combined with a senior international management experience including assignments living and working abroad. My roles have been in sales, marketing and general management which have included building, developing and managing high tech organizations within global blue-chip companies. In these roles, I have been successful in commercializing technology, bringing the true added value to market with clear focus on customer needs in terms of solutions and/or applications. Professionally I have a passion for operational roles that involves the process of change, enhancing the organization’s and its individual’s performance to successfully act in its marketplace. My purpose and goal of being a leader is to enrich people’s lives by developing and supporting them to be successful. I do this by staying close to my own core values which are respect for the individual, trust, honesty and living with enthusiasm.
