Duties / Responsibilities:• Gain a thorough understanding of our business and where reporting and analytics can add value to the business.• Provide research and insight into business performance to support business decision making.• Deliver accurate sets of Reports on a timely basis.• Manage quality of Data across business systems.• Identify performance trends and highlight risks before they become issues.• Establish SMART metrics and KPI’s.• Translate data into meaningful and transferable information.• Internal data quality control.• Participate in Process Improvement projects and initiatives.• Continuous improvementSkills:• Ability to confidently interact and engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation from graduates through to board level, as well as Third Party Suppliers.• Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment• Advanced Excel computer skills• Knowledge of Tableau and SQL Databases• Knowledge of Continuous improvement practices• Ability to understand complex data-sets, its limitations, with the ability to probe and question findings.• Ability to work towards deadlines• Strong attention to detail and quality mind set.• Able to take responsibility for scoping an assignment from taking the initial brief, through to completion and successful delivery of the output
