In the fall of 2023, I joined the Leax R&D department, focusing on propeller shaft design using the latest industry knowledge and striving for market leadership. I was given the responsibility to lead my work group in implementing LEAN and 5S methodologies to achieve higher efficiency. This role has enhanced my leadership skills, enabling me to guide teams through projects and align team efforts towards common goals.My innovative design approach and proficient time management significantly accelerated shaft development. Through close collaboration with colleagues and simulation engineers, I continually refined my skills, gaining a conceptual understanding of FEM/FEA. I have extensive knowledge of SolidEdge, which I use to optimize designs to be as good as possible. In the daily operations involving propeller shafts, we utilize the YAPlm system.My experience with propeller shaft design has even deepened my knowledge of quality tools such as DFMEA, QFD, LEAN, and DFM/DFA.In summary, I combine technical expertise with soft skills such as communication, creativity and effective collaboration, which positioning me as a dedicated, competent and motivated design engineer and leader within the R&D department.

I worked as an intern as a product developer for Tractive transmissions. Tractive is a company whos developing gearboxes for rally cars. My job was to develop a tool for the retailers to disassemble these gearboxes in a efficient way. The development process was to figure out the function of the gearboxes, find the problem area of the gearbox and which characteristics thats most important for the tools as eg, weight, size and design. In some of the prototypes changes of the gerboxes was neccesary to fit the tools.

This is an internship that I have received through Dalarna University. Pentruder is a company that gave me a good insight into how a product development process works and which tools are important to know when developing and designing products. The assignment at Pentruder consisted of designing special tools for concrete saws, which had to be done through close communication between sales and the manufacturing department.
