I currently work as System Manager at Telenor - Fixed, where i have the technical responsibility for all our systems in the Fixed organization and portfolio including Bredbandsbolaget and Glocalnet trademarks.I am also responsible for SQF - System Quality Forum, where we ensure development quality whithin our own organisation and througout or partner organization.System/thechnical manager responsibilities:To support the organization of Telenor Sweden AB, working towards an operative model of beeing an client organisation supported by outsourcing partners it is my responsibility to make sure the lifecycle of the IT-services and systems are supporting the business. I am also responsible of the business value that the services and systems are offering the business and our customers.I work both operative and strategic with business- and IT-processes like ITIL, eTOM and TAM. But also with the high level management architectural perspectives of systems and services.In short, my work also includes maintenance-, developement- and operations budget, business development, product management, relations-, leagal demands and modifications at contractural level towards our vendors and 3:rd-party suppliers.SQF - System Quality Forum responsibilities:As creator and manager of SQF, my main objective for SQF is to enable and ensure software development quality and quality control. At Telenor Sweden AB i work as System Manager / Technical Manager for a number of Telenor's external and internal web portals where i have the operational responsibility for the development and further development of various portals, systems and products, including Telenor.seWork includes Management of 22 people with various roles as developers, requirement analysts, testers, project managers and so on. But also to identify and prioritize strategic development projects regarding long-term sustainable development of our products, services, systems and platforms and customer life cycle.I manage and is responsible among others for overall priorities, goals, target achievement, ROI, KPI´s, monitoring, performance and portfolio development within the administrations.
