Region south fire and rescue has under my leadership undergone major development and is now at the cutting edge technologically, which resulted in other unions and rescue services to consult region south fire and rescue. My work included to follow-up agreements, negotiations, procurement, implementations, new agreements, project management, quality management and license tracking. I have been responsible for a budget of approximately 6 million annually. Some of my best performances at region south fire and rescue is to have developed business infrastructure from scratch and led several projects such as: it-infrastructure, outsourcing. development of a gender neutral concept fire truck. I have also designed with modern technical solutions which include CCTV monitored fire trucks after unrest in some areas in region south fire and rescue member municipalities.One of my more challenging projects has been to implement drones intervention support to our executive functions such as rescue operations, team leader and officers. Sydexpo was a private company which organizes various exhibitions and events such as Scania Fair, Motorshow, KOMMEK, Mila, conferences and other major events before they filed for bankruptcy in 2010.In the short time I was here I learned to develop the business with a very limited budget, but I managed to upgrade users' platform, infrastructure, mail and backup. I also was technically in charge of audio and video in various events and conferances.

I managed the operation of Europe's then largest and most powerful wireless data link stretching from Malmo to Copenhagen.
