The CEO is responsible for compliance with laws and regulations in the customs area, and for the declarations made on their behalf. It is not only additional fees and permits that you risk, but also daily fines and imprisonment. -Business analysis: From a market-oriented customs perspective analyse existing & potential markets & flows. Review permits, processes, documentation, declarations, VAT & Intrastat, and present proposals for measures. Assist with changes, education and follow-up.- Customs Warehouse analysis: Savings & liquidity strengthening in both Sweden & Norway (re-export)- Audit: Declarations, supporting documents and self-control. Prior to customs audit / follow-up of measures / contract follow-up-Quality analysis: Basic review of flows & markets, skills, routines, processes, working methods, classification, declarations & documentation-Investigation/ Project linked to customs, quality & IT. Brexit, UCC, Customs warehouse analysis, Internal / external customs, handling, Broker & system procurement, Integration, implementation- Education and Seminar lectures-Customs support/ resource: For inquiries, audits, applications, certification, training, monitoring, follow-up and classification / BKB- Management & Board: Customs, environment, quality & IT are strategic issues where the right skills and resources are required for long-term growth and profitability.
