I have been a part of the biggest project in Cambio’s history to date where we have been developing a process-oriented solution concurrent with the internal design system to ensure a product that is consistent, efficient and clever. The development methodology was agile-based on Scrum. My biggest responsibility has been the ownership of the UI framework and bringing together a User Experience Maintenance Team, that has focused on the coordination and development of UI guidelines and its governance, as well as to strengthen the relationship between product owners and UX-designers.
