Working in a startup environment for multiple years and as a software consultant has allowed me to apply my software development skills, cooperatively and individually designing and implementing technical solutions to business problems, covering everything from programming to interaction design to database structures and customising low level native code of system dependencies. This along with experience both as a student and research assistant at the University of Helsinki has given an extensive exposure to software development methodologies and tools, while also enabling applying a rigid scientific approach to this domain when required. I feel that I can be productive in various settings and approach problems with pragmatism.
