Coaching the team while reporting to the management - a super fun time with a lot of learnings regarding leadership and coaching. Most fun was the coaching, most interesting (and challenging :D ) is how to design and apply a sales process even in a small team while at the same time leaving room for creativity for the individual sales person.

We're building a webbased platform where people with different cultural backgrounds can meet over similar interests. Started as a project in the "course" Demola East Sweden at Linköpings University, received funding and are currently establishing partnerships and finishing the last details on the platform - our aim is to have the release in November this year!

As Head of Alumni Relations I and my team in the Alumni Committee try to make relations between current students at any of the programs we represent (Computer Technology, information technology, Software development, Computer science, Innovative Programming) and the alumnis from said programs as good as possible. We are also responsible for activities between alumnis, and will arrange at least three events during the spring 2015!
