In over ten years of professional activity in the field of IT/E-Commerce, my main focus was on system integration, product development & marketing. I started my work in software development field and create so many integrated systems, API web services used in mobile applications, chat bots and ERP systems. In GSM Group (2015), a full service marketing agency worked for cellphone manufacture companies like Samsung and Huawei, I worked as Digital Marketing Manager, proposing and executing marketing plans for customers. Later, as Digital Marketing Manager (2018), I worked at Manapay (a fintech app owned by Pasargad financial group) and managed to make huge growth (3x) in both monthly active users and daily transactions.In 2018, I worked at Alibaba as Managing Director of Core Experience and later last year, my main focus was on Onsite Marketing and especially managing Alibaba's Marketing Automation program reached to 500% in ROI. In 2020, as VP Sales & Marketing, I'm working with my team on growing Digipay's userbase and sales. Digipay is a fintech app and market leader lendtech company owned by Digikala Group. Mainly I'm responsible for positioning Digikala's credit purchase to the market. My last responsibility as CGO at Karafs Group included Business & Marketing Strategy Developments to make our organic growth even faster. As result and after 9 months of research and making some major changes in our business lines we made 2x growth in monthly sales. To achieve such a remarkable result, we made some serious decisions such as shutting down two apps and making “Karafs Super App” more capable. We’ve also worked on expanding Karafs’s brand to achieve a broader audience.
