Recruits current and graduated high school students as participants and TA’s. Produces relevant, themed camp content for Instagram (@yearbooksatthebeach; in 1 month, increased follower count 29.7% and account engagement by 3,406%) with outreached content from students. Directs workflow and oversees activities of camp participants and staff. Creates dorm room arrangement and roster to account for over 400 individuals.
