Graduated in Psychology, with specialization in Behavioural and Cognitive Psychology, today Patrizia Fontana is a point of reference in the Executive Search panorama in the FMCG sector. Over 30 years of professional experience, 10 spent in leading FMCG companies and 20 in executive search.Today she is the Owner of Fontana & Partners Executive Search, a company included in the more global project Talents in Motion, of which she is Founder and President.She began her career in management roles in leading multinational FMCG companies, including Colgate Palmolive. In 2001 she enters the world of Executive Search, in Search Partners International and since 2008 as Partner of Carter&Benson.In 2017 she moves to Transearch International, an executive search and human resources business consulting firm, where she holds the role of Senior Partner.Coach and advisor, she has always focused her attention on the development of talents, not only as business function but as a development of individual skills. She was co-founder and Member of the Board of Directors of "La Fonderia dei Talenti", a voluntary organization supporting the Counter-Exodus Law for the reintegration of talents in the Italian professional world. She is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the Meritocracy Forum.In 2019 she founded and assumed the role of President in "Talents in Motion: the first Social Responsibility project to increase Italy's attractiveness for Italian and foreign talents by fostering their circulation". Talents in Motion, thanks to its Digital Hub, provides everyone with an online platform that connects Italian companies to talents abroad, promoting job opportunities and concrete initiatives that Italy offers. Talents can find all the necessary information on the fiscal, legal and administrative environment and find ad hoc articles that highlight the Italian corporate landscape.She holds a degree with honors in psychology from the University of Torino. Her final thesis received honors and was officially published. She has also completed post-graduate studies in behavioral psychology.Today she follows companies both as Head Hunter and with the Talents in Motion project.
