Living in London (UK) for 12 years, while undertaking a degree at the “London College of Fashion” in BA Fashion photography, I have been able to established myself in the world of the luxury retail management at first to then move into the personal shopping area .Growing within a fast and exciting fashion environment and leading towards a senior management role has given me a great understanding of the fundamental strategic and commercial factors of the luxury retail industry and has allowed me to develop a personal style of management.Working in the personal shopping and styling sector, nevertheless, has not only provided me with the opportunity to refine my customer service and customer care competences but also has given me the possibility to utilize and put into practice artistic and creative skills previously acquired through my academic path. This role has also given me the chance to collaborate in the organization of marketing and PR events, establish links within the media world, including press, tv and cinema and to meet the highest level of costumer service, with particular focus on VIPs and celebrities care.Since my relocation in Rome, Italy, in October 2011, I have been collaborating as a teacher at the European Institute of Design (IED) holding modules for the Fashion marketing and communication and Fashion Design courses, in addition to getting a role as Visual Merchandiser World Wide for the brand 7Camicie.Both opportunities not only gave me the opportunity to learn and gain new skills not necessarily and directly linked to the world of luxury retail yet extremely profitable in the luxury system such as attention to details, the ability to quickly adapt to changes and to solve problems efficiently.I’m very proactive, reliable, extremely motivated, excellent communicator, a great team player and a fair and resilient leader.
