Before my promotion from Information Technology Specialist to Information Systems Manager, I completed the following projects:• Converted SEICAA's IT environment into a small, uniform site (matching computer workstations, workstation specifications, operating systems, and software versions).• Helped migrate SEICAA's website from LunarPages to WordPress; I further updated all webpages to ensure website consistency and coherence.• Migrated SEICAA's on-premises servers to the cloud (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365).

• Oversaw company's sales department; assisted clients with computer hardware and software purchases; processed POS transactions (Microsoft RMS).• Performed intake for company's maintenance department; provided diagnoses and quotes for services; contacted clients with updates and questions.• Installed and repaired desktop and laptop computer hardware including but not limited to cases, ATX/ITX motherboards, PSUs, batteries, Intel/AMD CPUs, fans, memory, SATA/M.2 HDDs and SSDs, and PCI/PCI-E expansion cards.• Installed and repaired computer software including but not limited to MacOS/Windows operating systems, drivers, and updates, software suites (Adobe, Office, etc.), network configurations, and infection removals.• Performed clerical and administrative duties as needed.
