Current• Conducts comprehensive investigations for allegations of workplace violence, harassment, sexual harassment, bullying and/or discrimination based on human rights violations. • Prepares final investigation reports which include useful, practical recommendations to implement in the workplace.• Facilitates discussions to restore a positive corporate culture after the investigation is complete.• Uses transformative mediation techniques and active listening skills to facilitate necessary dialogue between embattled employees and empower them to explore issues and find solutions together.• Performs neutral assessments to find the roots of a dysfunctional work environment by taking a broad approach that goes beyond the legal analysis.• Provides mindfulness training and guidance to staff and management to ensure a positive work environment is maintained.• Works with both public service and private sector clients including unionized environments.Specialising in workplace mediation, investigations and restoration, Global Mindful Solutions works with professionals in Human Resources, Labour Relations and/or Employment Law firms in Ottawa and the surrounding area.
