I am a leader with over 20 years of experience, a certified coach of TROP method and Polish Psychological Association, a mentor in the Businesswomen Leaders Foundation, and an expert in Customer Experience and holistic management of operational processes. I am a trainer and a project manager, a co-creator of organizational cultures and their implementation programs. I was a member of the Insurance Crime Prevention Committee at the Polish Insurance Association.I have over 18 years of experience in managing operational teams, including contact centres. As a manager, I created customer service strategies using customer satisfaction research. I developed paths and methods of their implementation as well as quality measures. I researched the development needs of employees and organizations; I co-created training programs corresponding to these needs. I have managed projects aimed at changing processes - their technological revolution and increasing efficiency and quality.For over 10 years, I have been using methods to improve processes, increase their effectiveness, and improve customer satisfaction (Lean, Agile). I specialize in the individualization of employees' career paths, continuous education of all process participants (including sales network and product teams) and elimination of process waste. I support the development of young senior leaders and promote servant leadership, supporting the transformation of mature leaders. I am a member of the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership.I am a beacon for others to get safely to where they are going.My mission is to serve people, mindfully and by my own choice, guiding them through the journey of life.
