I've been responsible for initial diagnosis and resolving both end-users' and business customers' issues, - either myself, or in cooperation with developers. I've been writing and editing Zendesk macros, help center pages for end-users, in-app messages and app's content. I've been providing support via email, chat, contact forms and phone calls. I've been using SQL queries and Amazon Web Services to manage, troubleshoot, and report users' activity.

My tasks included troubleshooting customers' issues and contacting them via multiple channels (in-app messaging, emails, phone calls) . I had a chance to work with RESTful APIs through Postman and manage users' credentials in Keycloak. I ran administrative tasks in Django backend UI. In order to properly report users' activity I created SQL queries. My feedback was widely used by software developers.
