Over the last four years, I have managed many people from a variety of backgrounds. Who have displayed different needs, approaches, and attitudes came from various cultures and had varying levels of experience in management. I feel prepared to adapt to any workplace.When solving issues, I use the 5-why’s technique as well as the MAKE model. I find it valuable to use root cause analysis as this is helpful in preventing the problems from recurring.Toyota’s Lean is an approach that I have worked with for three years, and I recognise many benefits – 'I decided to join a degree programme to learn more about this and improve my skills. I started the BA(s) Degree in Business Management and Leadership at the University of Leeds in September 2020. The people that I train usually do work quicker than others.At Gallup Institute I took part in the ClifftonStrenght34 test which has been done by over 20 million professionals, and my 5 top strengths areFocus - I function well under pressure with minimal mistakes even on the busiest shifts when I have to focus heavily on delegation of tasks to my staff,Learner - I am eager to learn new things as it is for me natural process,Achiever - I broke four records at my McDonald’s store, as well as gaining an AgilePM certification,Significance - I priority execute matters that are important for a business. Command - when things get out of control, I like to use my initiative to problem solve when issues occur.I am eager to learn and recognise what I can be doing better so that I may improve on it.Managing a team of 30 people at our McDonald’s – one of the busiest stores in the UK – has taught me how to work in an extremely fast-paced environment. It has shaped me into an effective leader who my team can look up to. McDonald’s is a huge organisation with complex procedures and principles, and I understand the importance of following their specific regulations in order to meet both customer expectations and law regulations.
