Biomarker Solutions and Clinical Laboratory Services Key Responsibilities • Planning of all aspects of clinical laboratory services for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, including preparation of project plan, project start-up procedures, execution, and close-out procedures.• Ensuring sufficient resources are available to meet obligations.- Evaluate staff competencies and institute training if necessary.- Ensuring appropriate validation status of relevant analytical procedures and equipment before project initiation.• Monitoring the execution of laboratory projects and interacting with the clients to ensure optimal laboratory support of the project.• Supervise and approve analytical procedures and test results.• Leading the daily standup team meetings. - Planning, delegating, and coordinating workflow across the team.• Supervising and ensuring that timelines and quality of services meet contractual obligations as well as GCP requirements.• Ensuring that records are prepared and archived according to the requirements of clients, regulatory bodies, and company requirements. • Ensuring projects are supported by a QA plan and follow-up on audit outcomes.• Preparation of a communication plan and consult the lab director if critical issues need to be escalated.
