Having had the opportunity to move within the water industry, I've developed the capability to learn, adapt and apply myself to various challenge in the business. Working in a customer focused industry, I've understood the importance of customer and stakeholder satisfaction. I'm a trained mental and physical health first aider, realising the necessity for customer and staff health, to be placed as a priority by businesses. After 5 years in the water industry, I've transitioned into the world of consulting as part of the AMCL Europe and now Saudi Arabia delivery team. Supporting the delivery manager on a variety of business transformation projects covering consultancy, training and Asset Management assessments. Enabling asset intensive organisations to realise greater added value from their assets. Eventual career goals would be to progress to a managerial level and lead my own team.In my previous role with Southern Water I was Involved in planning for future growth, chairing and facilitating Risk and Value meetings, collaborating with other departments in major development projects and prioritising customers needs through innovation. Other competencies also include data interpretation, analysis, presentation, and conforming to strict regulation guidelines set by external bodies.At South East Water my role was to ensure we maintained and improved the distribution network, through data analysis. Working as part of a team to drastically reduce the number of customer contact rates for discoloured water across the company. Since implementing the strategy performance has turned around, from penalties nearing £400,000 to realised rewards of £80,000 for the year, whilst ensuring the continued improvements and greater customer satisfaction.In 2020, I have taken a big interest in learning and understanding personal finance. Picking innovative companies to learn about and invest in. Additionally I have been interested and invested in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology projects, due to the innovation happening within this sector. This has become a passion for me.I am a motivated individual which is committed to continued growth and development, shown by my versatility between roles.
