In this role I was supervising junior members of staff and performing everyday bar/restaurant tasks (serving food and drinks, handling cash, process card transactions, bar replenishment and maintaining a clean and safe working environment and proving excellent customer service). I was also enjoying being part of the Charity Team with the main aim to organise donations for our local hospital.
