Better Tomorrows builds communities by focusing on the strength and perseverance of its residents to overcome adversity and create healthy, more prosperous lives for themselves and the next generation. Staff work side by side with residents to help their aspirations come to fruition, to magnify and enhance opportunities to achieve their unique goals of lasting upward mobility.Today, Better Tomorrows provides case management services and impactful community programming to over 25,000 low-income adults, seniors, children, and youth in more than 120 affordable housingcommunities across the country, providing convenient, cost-effective, and outcome-driven programming.

I support diverse organizations as they develop strong, impactful programming, developing efficient strategies and systems to ensure programs address unmet community needs and comply with partner and funder expectations. This includes identifying potential partners and stakeholders to increase the project's effectiveness and focus. I develop and deliver training/ technical assistance to organizations as they strive to increase the professional and personal development of their staff through focused training opportunities, specializing in tailored sessions for adults working in non profit, education and service settings. I support nonprofit organizations in their Staffing and Executive Search, as they strive to identify new Leadership that share their Vision and Commitment of serving families and youth.

PennSERVE is the Governor's Office of Citizen Service with a wide mandate to encourage and support civic engagement in the Commonwealth. Our mission is to encourage, develop and facilitate citizen service that will build upon the talents, strengths, and opportunities of people and communities in Pennsylvania. PennSERVE seeks to support civic engagement as a strategic intervention in addressing unmet communities needs in ways which enhance the quality of life for all citizens of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.As Executive Director, PennSERVE's funding portfolio grew with urban and rural grantees providing education, workforce development, health, environmental, support for individuals with disabilities and economic opportunity initiatives.

The New Jersey Commission on National and Community Service serves as the administrative and fiscal agent for its National Service programs. The NJ Commission develops a statewide ethic of service and a comprehensive, coordinated program targeted to the needs of New Jersey and its unique communities. The NJ Commission strives to provide opportunities for service that bring diverse people together working for a common cause to get things done in communities, remove barriers and promote respect.

EducationWorks is a nonprofit organization providing support for economically disadvantaged communities in Philadelphia and Chester, Pennsylvania and Camden, New Jersey. By tackling core issues like literacy, graduation rates, safety and social awareness, EducationWorks strives to equip individuals with the tools needed to stay safe, finish school, make better choices and become more productive members of their communities.

Norris Square Neighborhood Project is a community-driven, bilingual learning center in North Philadelphia that offers arts, culture and garden programming. Their theory of community change is that by focusing supports on a child, they will affect change in their house, and then expand to their school, block, street and subsequently, their community. Through this change process, NSNP has been able to affect positive change in literally generations of community residents.
