I have also advised/consulted with Johnson & Johnson, Tri-Sector Associates, Asia Philanthropy Circle, Corporate Citizenship (acquired by SLR Consulting), and South Central Community Family Service Center.Across these roles, I help to mobilise financial, human and intellectual resources towards impact and sustainability in Asia. I have engaged with public, private and people sector stakeholders ranging from underserved "base of pyramid" micro-communities to large companies. Examples of what I have produced include: long-term strategic planning, budgeting and outlook for board/executive audience; CSR/Impact/Sustainability program planning and execution; business model transformation action plans; impact/sustainability opportunity market and stakeholder scans & action plans; design and execute impact products like social impact bonds, philanthropy colabs; training programs, webinars and conferences for that network amongst policymakers, nonprofit leaders and private sector actors. As a volunteer, I actively mentor young changemakers, serve on the boards/committees of startup nonprofit organisations in their early stages of growth, and support effective deployment of grants and resources to impactful community initiatives. We believed in achieving this mission through creating opportunities for enterprises to become an integral and responsible part of society. Incubation, consultation and infrastructure support services were offered to Social Enterprises, Private Businesses and Not-for-profit/public organizations. It was mandated that a significant part of profits should fund and promote social responsibility. Serenity Foundation for Social Responsibility was established the non-profit vehicle through which funds will be effectively applied to realise this vision. The Foundation would support social enterprises, community projects or other social ventures that deliver sustainable long-term benefits to communities and their environment.
