Graduate of Computing Science at the University of Glasgow, obtaining a Master's Degree with Honours of the First Class. Currently employed as a Software Engineer at Novosound. Fast learner with experience in all areas of computing, including quantum programming, mobile app development, web app development, Linux scripting and system administration, algorithm design, functional programming, and teaching.My Master's thesis focused on improving a Haskell quantum computing library (QIO) by re-implementing its features using linear types, which allow for compile-time resource tracking of qubits.My Bachelor's dissertation explored the mechanisation of session typed pi-calculus in the Agda dependently-typed functional language.Throughout my studies, I acquired great proficiency in Python, Java, and C, but also taught myself Haskell in parallel, in order to get a better grasp on the functional programming paradigm. This later became my favourite language for personal projects and aided in my learning of further languages, such as Rust (which, while not a functional language, nevertheless borrows many aspects from Haskell, such as its focus on type-driven development).I have also worked as a demonstrator and a tutor for several computing courses at my university, which allowed me to develop my skills as a member and leader of a team, as well as my aptitude at transferring my knowledge and understanding to others.Furthermore, I have also participated in and helped organise several events hosted by the university's Tech Society, including Hackathons, Cyber Defence Exercises, and Hacker Olympics.
