Provide technical assistance on the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) to people with disabilities, employers, architects, and business owners on rights and responsibilities under the ADA. This technical assistance is provided on the ADA in the areas of employment, state and local governments, private business, and transportation, and on other laws such as the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and state disability laws and accessibility codes within Region IX of the ADA National Network. Complete data tracking of these activities into the Outcome Management System. Administer customer satisfaction surveys. Conduct promotional outreach activities such as researching items for Listserv, website monitoring and social media posts, and staffing tables at outreach events. Receive weekly training on the ADA and other disability laws.

Provided service in the following categories: Personal, Vocational and Social Adjustment (PVSA), Job Coach and Computer Tutor An ISP is an independent contractor who provides vocational rehabilitation services to assist individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment goals.
