Owned The College Equestrian Centre (Keysoe) from 1996-2012.Developed site from a brown field site through planning, building and management into a Premiere Centre of Excellence for Dressage, Showjumping,BE Horse Trials and other equestrian and associated events, catering for upwards of 1,000 clients. Incepted KRC now one of the most successful BRCs in the country.An experienced accredited organizer, planner and strategist. Developed retail shopping and public catering within complex from drawing board to operation. Worked with the CEO David Holmes of British Dressage to develop National Calendar.Head hunted by entreprneur Mick George, of Houghton Hall EC, Cambridge in January 2014-March 2015. Appointed Consultant Commercial Manager for the facility. Developed Houghton Hall EC from a local facility to a national player holding events 7 days a week,including the amalgamation of two riding clubs.Booked and organised a full twelve month programe,ensuring the continued success of Houghton at the top of the equestrian sports scene.Infrastructure has been successfully put in place for both area and regional competitions, and accreditation awarded from both British Showjumping and British Dressage for regional and national shows.Developed catering within the complex from planning to operation.
