Took in Loan applications over the phone, assisted in moving loans forward that were stuck in processing. Was appointed to handle all irate customers whose loans were taking a long time, supervised over 20 loan officers work schedule. Trained branch managers and assistant managers on taking in loan applications.

Responsible for Monthly Certifications, teller line, deficit balance reports, budget reports, charge off files, NSF, shipping and receiving shipment, ATM balancing, Night Drop, new accounts, loans, auditing all new account signature cards, wires domestic and foreign, collection items, cash balancing, tracking, opening and closing branch on a daily basis.

Responsible for transferring all safe deposit boxes to other branches. Clean up all legal documentation and business documentation. Inventoried all supplies in the branch from negotiable items, computers and furniture. (Damage control) Kept customers happy during this change.

Branch went from 13 position to 3rd position bank wide when I was the Loan Officer. Responsible for all loans and sign offs. Backed up the teller line assisted the Assistant Manager with certifications and internal audit functions.

Opened New Accounts (checking, savings certificates of deposit, money market, IRA’s), made outside calls to clients for maturing CD, responsible for branch loans (refinance, home equity lines of credit and commercial lines of credit). Knowledgeable in legal title accounts (Living Trust Revocable and Irrevocable, Power of Attorney, CUTMA, Conservator.
