I am a committed, quick, and an enthusiastic learner. I am an outgoing person with great communication skills and a TEAM player. Although, most of my working career has been in education and the health field, I believe my experience working with students of all ages show that I am able to work in high stress situations on the job. I have worked with individuals from all aspects of life and for some I have been in their shoes. I truly have compassion for others and I believe getting to know others personally and professionally is an essential part of being a leader. I believe having a respectful and trustworthy relationship between colleagues and subordinates are a necessity, not only for the success of the individual, but also for the company as a whole. I love being a leader and I feel a good leader is one who is assertive, responsible, and confident and strives to motivate others around them. My past and present working experiences have enabled me to be team player. My experiences have made me acknowledge that everyone in the work place can learn something valuable from each other, from sharing ideas to sharing their unique visions about ways to improve the organization as a whole. I believe there are no big I's and little U's when it comes to individuals working together as a TEAM, which can result in strategically planning for the future, increased productivity and successful outcomes for the company/organization.
