Patsy CHENG is a writer, curator and project manager with a strong research background. In 2004, she founded SEE Magazine, the first sustainability-focused magazine in Hong Kong, and its legal entity, SEE Network Limited. Over the years, Patsy has led the team in producing over 40 community studies, exhibitions, videos and over 30 high quality publications on community planning, heritage conservation and environmental issues. Clients have included HKSAR government departments, listed companies, academic institutions and NGOs.Before setting up SEE Network, Patsy worked in the media industry for almost 10 years. This background enables her to communicate and work effectively with people from different levels of the community and to promote mutual understanding between stakeholders. Patsy also holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Hong Kong, which adds a solid perspective to her community studies.Publication planning, public engagement, community and heritage conservation, art and exhibition curation and video production are the areas Patsy works in for various clients.
