•Remotely test and troubleshoot T1’s with Field Technicians by looping the NIU and running test patterns using NetAnalyst.•Remotely tested circuits with Field technicians to the equipment cabinet to complete L2 testing and 2.5 testing.•Test T1’s remotely with the LEC’s field and remote technicians for circuit order acceptance.•Create trouble tickets with the LEC and troubleshoot T1’s by performing end-to-end testing with them for circuit repair.•Utilize Granite database to search for circuit information and locate DACS connection.•Responsible for generating Action Reports (AR) for Field technicians to conduct the L2 and 2.5 testing.

•Utilize online tools to monitor network performance, verify traffic ratio, and identify T1 errors. •Status Digital Path quality on Ericsson GSM and UMTS sites to determine T1 status and view the live performance of the site. •Contact local exchange carrier (LEC) for circuit repair and perform end to end testing for problem isolation and resolution.•Triage and investigate service affecting trouble tickets for the AT&T Los Angeles, San Diego and Las Vegas Markets. •Assisted AT&T field technicians for the Los Angeles Market in troubleshooting service affecting alarms and resolved critical and major trouble tickets.•Troubleshoot and restore cell sites for the GSM and UMTS Network using Citrix and Oss applications.•Responsible for generating Action Reports (AR) for General Contractors to monitor cell site visits and maintenance for the Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, San Francisco and Washington Markets. •Verify approval for service affecting work, from Field Operations Managers and RF engineers for maintenance to be conducted on the AT&T Wireless Network. •Responsible for compiling data and generating daily and weekly activity reports for the various markets in the West Region.
