I am a District Elementary ELA Facilitator at Campbell County School District, where I lead and support the implementation of the ELA curriculum and assessment system across 17 elementary schools. My role involves collaborating with school and district leaders, instructional coaches, and teachers to ensure alignment, consistency, and quality of ELA instruction and student learning outcomes. I also design and deliver professional development trainings and resources to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of ELA educators.With over 20 years of experience in education, I have a passion for creating and facilitating high-impact learning experiences for students and educators. I have a Master's degree in Science Education K-12 from Black Hills State University and an Endorsement in Educational Leadership from Western Governors University. I have extensive experience in curriculum design and writing, leading high-functioning teams within the PLC framework, creating and managing district-wide assessment systems, and implementing and evaluating school-wide academic and behavior intervention programs. I am an eager and fast learner, who adapts to changing and challenging situations with a vision of the big picture and the flexibility to adjust the details as needed to achieve the overall goal.
