I lead the specification, development and maintenance of our online applications and websites, ensuring adherence to accessibility standards as mandated for government funded organizations. As well as the day-to-day management of our dev team and consultants, I was an active contributor in the development of team strategies and policies, providing technology advice to managers, business units and project stakeholders, and managing project budgets up to, and in excess of, £100k.
