Client Sales• Plan and manage the sales volume of direct key accounts• Customer service and order placement for direct key accounts• Only contact person for direct key accounts with regards to all matters (incl product orders, product issues, etc)• Plan and Manage allocation of shipment of stocks based on availability for Key Accounts and Food Services accounts. • Resolves situations on shipment delays, stock shortages, stock fulfillment and explanations to customers.• Ensure stocks fulfillment to Key Accounts by managing on available stocks in distributors' warehouse• Ensure stocks at healthy levels with adequate expiry dates in Warehouse• Plan for clearance in the event of over-stock condition; ensure distributor does not keep stocks• Ensure warehouse practice FIFO for their stocks, to avoid expired stocks and minimize number of write-offs.• Achieve sales targets in Volume, Value, CM1$ and CM1 Margins are within budgeted levels• Manage and work with the Distributor Food Service sales team to develop financially sound proposals with competitive pricing; also ensuring service levels are optimal. • Support the Distributor Food Service sales team with visits to existing big customers to ensure all BAU. • Development of new customers in Food Services and HORECAs with distributor (non-direct)• Monitor and control selling price by distributor in Food Services• Monitor and control stocks selling to different channels of the Food Services business (HORECAs vs Wholesalers)Supply Chain• Work with Business Manager and Distributor team (Food Services Team and Business Manager) on Weekly, Monthly and 6 months Forecast Stocks requirement• Monitor and control stocks ordering by Business Manager to ensure that they achieve their 6 months forecast with as small variance as possible. • Ensure the 6 months forecast is in line or worked along with budget. • Backup for Business Manager for stocks shipment to ensure compliance to time and accuracy.
