Lead Teacher - 3 Year Olds
CurrentI prepare lesson plans that will meet the goals of all of the children intrusted in my care. Set up centers that will meet the physical, cognative, social, emotional well being of the children. Schedule parent conferences. Assist the teacher assistant with the classroom routine and duties that she is to do daily. Teach the "Theme " that is prepared each week and the activity/activities that are to go with each theme. Help with the outdoor/playground time.Have student teachers come into my classroom and help them in the best way I know how to do their internship as a part of their requirments for graduation, allowing them to take over the class with the everyday classroom routine. Making sure that all children in my care are kept as safe, happy, loving and free as possible. I TRY VERY HARD TO MAKE MY CLASSROOM AS BRIGHT, CHEERFUL AND LOVING AS POSSIBLE. i WANT TO MAKE LEARNING FUN.!!!!!!!!!
