• Purpose of position was responsibility for nursing care of patients for 8 to 16 hour shift.
o Provided all aspects of care within the Intensive Cardiac Care (ICCU) & Medical Critical Care (IMCU) Unit.

****Left this position in l990 to take employment with DHHS –Broughton Hospital – because of prior work benefits. Previously worked in a Clerical Position for 10 years before graduating from Nursing School in l987. Was able to retire with DHHS after completing 25 more years of service. However, I worked part-time as a RN at Grace Hospital for the next 20 years working in the Intensive Care Unit as a RN, and the last 4 years as a “House Supervisor”, which included overall responsibility for Nursing Care at this facility for an 8 hour shift as needed (PRN) Remained Part-time weekly to keep up medical skills due to DHHS being primarily a Psychiatric Facility.
