Since 2007, I have served as a key partner to senior leadership teams in defining organizational vision, optimizing talent resources and aligning business strategy to achieve new levels of effectiveness, efficiency and responsiveness in the market. As a trusted human resources executive, I have often been tapped to address and resolve highly complex human resources and organization design challenges within this multinational technology company comprised of 7,500+ employees. Upon joining the company, one of my initial assignments was to project manage one of the largest workforce integration initiatives in the company’s history following an Autodesk acquisition in 2006. Later that year, I was appointed to support a 1,300+-employee worldwide Product division, and by 2009, I was selected to support Autodesk’s global consulting organization. Here, I played an integral role with this fledgling organization by facilitating vision and organization design sessions, setting the stage for it to become a value-generating unit for global enterprise customers. Most recently, I have added an appointment to support the General Counsel, Corporate Development and Government Affairs organization in 2014, quickly building trust and becoming a strategic advisor in supporting a 100+-employee (85% legal) global organization.

In this role, I partnered with internal clients and the leadership team to achieve business goals by providing extensive leadership coaching and HR strategy. During this time, I played an integral role in supporting senior global design leadership while supporting a 500+-employee worldwide organization with production facilities across the Americas, APAC and EMEA. In 2006, I was selected to support the newly appointed SVP, Levi’s Women, where I helped establish a team vision that launched an expanded brand perspective that today generates an estimated $30M+ annually.

In 2002, I was recruited to define the company culture and build the HR infrastructure needed to support this high-growth start up. Here, I led all strategic and operational aspects of the HR organization, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits and employee relations, and held additional responsibility for Facilities, Operations and Information Systems.

In 1998, I joined what was then a fast-growing high tech neuroscience company. Here, I designed and implemented core human resources programs in preparation for IPO, including recruiting processes, compensation systems, benefit plans and management training and coaching. Additionally, I served as the liaison to the Compensation Committee of the Board, and consulted extensively with the CEO and CFO on organization and executive challenges and opportunities.

In this role, I led the HR function for this brand-name provider of high quality education and entertainment software, where I provided innovative and flexible leadership that enabled Broderbund’s management and employees to exceed their business objectives. During this time, I set the strategic direction for all HR programs and offered executive coaching and organization development consultation that resulted in a more efficient business structure and increased productivity.

Worked with Kaiser Permanente, Lucasfilm LTD and other key clients. Hired as 1 of 5 nationally selected Organization Development interns at Kaiser Permanente, and later employed as an OD Consultant.
