I previously worked in sales for Jo Malone London. I have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and consistently win incentives for the highest CRM. I was appointed on counter CRM champion whereby by role was managing the teams CRM results and ensuring they were exceeding targets which consistently week in week was achieved. In addition my role also included boutique coach. This part of my role involved helping each team member achieve the best knowledge and understanding of the brand as well progressing their knowledge further which in turn will help them achieve targets. In 2016 I was also very honoured to be a nominee for Global Stylist of The Year 2016.Sales is something I feel confident in. I have excellent communication skills and excel in outstanding customer service skills. I enjoy working with people and am approachable and personable with a strong work ethic.
