I am a trusted land use advisor able to effectively work with clients, agency staff and decision-makers, technical experts, and community members.  I bring a deep understanding of the complexities of public policy, project design, and the dynamic legislative and political environment.  I have worked across the non-profit, public, and private sectors to identify and implement solutions to complex land use challenges, with particular emphasis on conservation, agriculture, and clean energy.With my depth and breadth of experience and technical proficiency, I navigate the confluence of varied and sometimes conflicting regulations and interests to bring land use projects to fruition. I use my two decades of experience with the California Coastal Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Subdivision Map Act, and local regulations and processes to help clients design and entitle projects that achieve their objectives.
