I have been with Northrop Grumman for 15 years working for 3 different Sectors a Divisions.Current position @ IPS May 2013 - present- Internal AS9100 auditor, conducting audits of processes, plans and procedures to measure compliance with Corporate, IPS level, Government and Certifying agency requirements. SAP trainer providing training in the Quality module of SAP. This includes training of Test engineering, All Mission Assurance, Inspectors, Production Integrators, and all others as required. Training consists of creating and required content for Quality notifications, completing the sign off of inspection and test lots both receiving, in process and final and the completion of tasks assigned in SAP. Test support MA for deliverables.Prior position -Quality Engineer with primary responsibility as SAP Non-conforming material coordinator. Entails, documenting, dispositioning and coordinating the Return to Vendor, Rework of Scrap of Defective items within our 14 varients of programs. Additional tasks included ; tracking all open QN's for all programs via an aging report, inprocess and final inspection of product, and Government walkthru.Previous Position @ MDD- Software Quality Engineer with duties including conducting CMMI Level 5 Audits monthly within our facility, witnessing regression testing, script testing, installation of software, full up Mock testing if said software as well as support of deployment of server systems @ Ft. Greely Alaska, Vandenburg AFB, and GTEC/Cheyenne Mt. Follow on to that included support on live fire testing of ICBM intreceptors.Position held @ NG ESS- Quality Inspection final assembly lead for Longbow Missile Guidance system and BAT/Viper Strike ATACMS. This entailed participating in Data package review, DD250 and Final Acceptance Qualification of product. Other duties included Non-conforming material coordinator for all 3 programs, Quality Auditing, off sight Source Inspection as well as special products inspector.
