 Several different medical transcription management positions held within the company; managing both domestic and off shore medical transcriptionists (MTs) and quality associates (FQA)  Dictaphone/Express Editor platformQuality Coordinator  Assist in the interpretation and implementation of quality assurance standards in the transcription department to ensure that the quality of transcribed charts meets specifications.  Duties include quality feedback to medical transcriptionists, counseling transcriptionists, quality review of all transcriptionists, timely delivery of charts to client sites by setting and maintaining sending priorities, updating transcription personnel of new or updated polices and procedures related to quality, training, continuous education for transcriptionists, assist in set up of new clients and other duties as assigned. Medical Transcription Manager • Responsible for day to day management of the transcription area. Ensure the accuracy and efficacy of the services provided by the department. • Provide direction and monitoring of work flow to meet turn around times and assure coverage. • Provide feedback to MTs via annual evaluations.• Capable of performing all duties as a transcriptionist/FQA. Perform said duties as needed to ensure turn around times are met. • Responsible for training/feedback of newly hired MTs. • Identify and resolve client issues. • Responsible for the scheduling of transcription and FQA staff to ensure turn around times are met. • Monitoring of work pending. Customer Care Manager • Responsible for day to day management of the customer service area. Ensure the efficacy of the customer care services provided to the clients. • Manage scheduling to ensure customer care service for client 24/7/365. • Provide feedback to customer service staff via annual evaluations • Responsible for training of newly hired customer care service personnel. • Identify and resolve client issues.
