In a successful career of over 25 yeas with leading global risk management and broking firms, Patsy has experience in both UK and internationally in a wide range of functions including leadership roles in business change and engagement, project management, operations, sales and marketing, delivery of client facing technology platforms and back office IT projects.Her most recent role in Willis Towers Watson was to project manage the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM into 20 countries in eastern and western Europe. This included extensive business and culture change management. Based in London and Paris, she was part of the team identifying business synergies, engagement and collaboration opportunities with Gras Savoye, prior to its acquisition by Willis Towers Watson. This was a French owned international insurance brokerage. She delivered projects from the centre, spanning sales support and on-going proposition development.
