Improving my French language and my knowledge of the regions in France

Our approach to serving our clients is focused on them and what they do. My role at the centre is to ensure that across our international regions we maximise the tools, processes, knowledge management, coaching and support we give to our people so that we can demonstrate and deliver this to our clients and prospects. I am working with China, Brazil, Australia and Europe. I will also facilitate best practice and knowledge sharing throughout our international community of associates, harnessing their experience and capabilities so that our on-going proposition is the best combination of our people and our client understanding.

Provides best practice guidance based on 12 years in UK and 3 years Internationally. This includes facilitating strategic design of the value offering, insurer selection and market placement, product, legal contracts, scope and skills of required resources. Developing a sense of community and sharing ideas and troubleshooting solutions. This applies to business models in stages of maturity from concept / start up and ongoing maintanance in models of 5 years +.

Oversaw process re-design implementation into the business unit, responsible form broking operations, Line Manager of 15+ team. Achieved KPI's in porcess efficiency targets. Went on alongside a small core team to develop the Willis Commercial Network model.
