I am a Strategic Advisor, Consultant, Coach and an Adjunct Professor at Fordham, with over 25 years of experience in building and leading functions for organizations in the financial services, banking, media and non-profit sectors. I have a passion for helping organizations create and implement initiatives that drive positive social and community impact, foster diversity and inclusion, and enhance ESG/sustainability performance, particularly during times of growth and significant change.As the founder of Change for Social Good LLC, I leverage my award-winning thought leadership, speaking and practitioner skills to advise and support clients on developing and executing strategies that align with their values, goals and stakeholder expectations. Previously, I was the Chief ESG and People Officer at UDR, a leading multi family real estate investment trust, where I oversaw the integration of ESG and human capital practices across the organization. I also held global leadership roles at The Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc., Credit Suisse, Thomson Reuters, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan, where I established and scaled successful programs and initiatives that enhanced talent, social impact, diversity and inclusion, and ESG/sustainability outcomes. I am a regular speaker and media contributor on these topics (including events at Davos, The Vatican, the Milken Institute and One Young World), and I serve on several boards that advance women's empowerment, education and development in emerging markets.
