PMO IT Liaison: Support a Federal Government Program Office in managing a large national information sharing system. Also, support the program with planning, performing risk management, tracking critical action items, analyzing activities, and reporting on overall progress. Once tested in the lab and approved, the products were added to a Government approved list. • Activities also included supporting team with lab compliance audits.• Business development role to interact with vendors and generate new business for the lab.Business Process Reengineering US Air Force: SAF/XC• Supported the United States Air Force Commander’s IPT using Lean Process Engineering Methodology. • Teamed with other consulting firms to develop the current and future states of these processes. • Collected additional data during work sessions to build the architecture artifacts to support required DoDAF views. • Identified improvement opportunities during the work sessions to determine which areas need modeled and decomposed in future sessions. • New processes that were developed during work sessions were then refined into system requirements.
