o General coordination of the "Aquí estamos" initiative in an emergency context: I led the implementation of a crucial program that provided free psychological support at the national level, managing a team of volunteers specialized in Psychology. My role was essential to ensure an effective and timely response to the growing demand for psychological support in crisis situations.o Strategic design and execution for the convocation and training of volunteers in emergencies: I developed and executed a comprehensive plan for the convocation and training of volunteers, ensuring they were prepared to offer psychological support in critical moments. Thanks to meticulous planning and adapting training content, we managed to mobilize and train a team of highly specialized volunteers efficiently.o Effective articulation between organizations and volunteers in times of crisis: By facilitating collaboration between various organizations and the network of volunteers, I achieved fluid coordination that allowed maximizing the impact of the program. My management in the articulation of these key actors guaranteed a rapid and effective response, optimizing the human resources available in an emergency context.

o In coordination with the World Food Program, design and implementation of the volunteer program strategy.o Identification, management, and design of preparation training spaces for volunteers participating in the program. Remotely and using playful methodologies, 300% of the proposed training objective was achieved.o Monitoring and follow-up of program results and alliances. Through a restructuring of the strategy, we achieved 240% more beneficiary families versus the stated objective.

- Restructuration of the professional English program by adding modules to develop communication skills in English.- Design of the asynchronous learning experience and content for the Professional and Technical Profile programs. - Development of the content and design of the synchronous group sessions for the reinforcement of the asynchronous content.

o Development and implementation of the Bicentenario volunteer action plan.o Design and implementation of the training and community strategy for the Bicentenario’s volunteers. More than 90,000 volunteers have taken the courses designed for their training as citizens of the Bicentenario.o Management and monitoring of Bicentenario’s volunteers in coordination with different ministries (Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion, Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Health)o Design and implementation of the emotional support strategy for volunteers affected by the COVID - 19 context. More than 300 volunteers were supported during their activities to strengthen them emotionally so they can continue with their role.
