I ensure our Panel of Administrators are provided with clear and informed advice, and are proactively briefed on upcoming and emerging issues and challenges. Managing growth, working to an increasingly constrained budget, delivering projects in a challenging market, maintaining a distinctive employee value proposition based on shared leadership and sponsoring an ambitious business transformation program, are some current dominant commitments. I operate in a complex stakeholder environment, and own prime relationships with key Casey community groups, local MPs, South East Melbourne Councils Group, Interface Councils Group and State Government.Our organisation purpose is to enrich lives and empower communities, as we pursue the community vision of being a more connected, bold and resilient community.
